This is at a different service cost as there is more involved for me: Additional site visit - adding more time onto the coordination before your day or this could be added to your package hours instead of 8 hours we add the additional hour to the day. Another team member to help me set up.

✓ Pre meetings x 2 via phone
✓ Phone and email contact for any wedding planning questions you may have and so you feel fully supported throughout your wedding planning journey
✓ Pre Wedding site visit #1 to discuss your floor plan in detail & ensure everything will fit comfortably in the space.
✓ Site visit #2 closer to the lead up to your wedding day so we can ensure all details are covered
✓ Detailed timeline creation to outline exactly how everything will flow from start to finish. I will ensure this is delivered to your suppliers and on the day work with them to make sure the day runs seamlessly.
✓ Take over communication of your suppliers 4 weeks out from your wedding day so you can enjoy the lead up to your wedding day with your family and friends. If you handover is in less time it will be from when all of your vendors details are confirmed.
✓ Customised checklist including all wedding details, providing peace of mind that nothing is overlooked
✓ Wedding Coordinator and the main contact on your wedding day for any questions from suppliers, family and loved ones - 8 hours on the day
✓ Set up all your wedding decor and styling elements including ceremony and reception chairs, place settings, signage, cake, guest book and cards table.
✓ Includes travel time within an hour of Melbourne

ADDITIONAL COSTS & SUPPORT
We offer multiple additions to our Wedding Coordination package to better suit your needs as we know that having a blank canvas or private property wedding can be overwhelming.
Additional support or hours - If you require more time, we offer additional hours at a rate of $100 per hour for bump in or out, subject to availability on your wedding date.
On site for deliveries prior to the wedding day - For those utilizing a marquee or furniture that needs to be delivered prior to the wedding day, we offer a separate bump in service at an hourly rate. As our coordination hours are based on 8 hours during your wedding day.
To ensure a smooth process for your supplier team, we highly recommend mapping out the layout of the marquee and furniture for delivery as well as key
Our bump out service can also be added to your package, providing an on-site coordinator for collections, clean up and item collation for pick up with suppliers. The cost of this service is dependent on our availability and needs to be quoted, starting at $400.
Travel -For those requiring travel or accommodation, additional fees may apply if more than one hour outside of Melbourne.
In need of stationery design and print? No problem! We're happy to provide this service for you and transport it to your wedding venue. Think place cards, welcome signs, or seating chart. We'll even provide a quote to print it for you. Let us take care of it and eliminate one more stress before your big day!
