Espresso Service

If you’re wanting to get married within 6 months or less of booking my service, I call this the Espresso Service add-on. It means I’m not able to allocate the planning tasks over a longer period and need to work immediately on your wedding day. Therefore I have limited space to take on any additional full-service planning clients during this time as I allocate long hours in the short term to dedicate to your wedding day.

✓ Complete wedding day management of your wedding day from start to finish so you can sit back and relax
✓ Venue shortlist - this is where we will start with your planning. After your 30 minute complimentary consultation, I will send through a list of venues that I believe are suitable based on your vision from chatting to you about your wedding day
✓ Sourcing and managing all suppliers and required elements for the day, including celebrant/officiant, caterer, photographer, videographer, Makeup and hairstylist, entertainers, transport, florist, stationery, signage, cake maker, furniture and décor hire.
✓ Sourcing of ceremony and reception venues - this may also include council paperwork for ceremony locations
✓ Ongoing email and phone communication with suppliers and services as required
✓ On-site attendance at your venue site visit
✓Complete setup, management and coordination of the wedding day up to 8 to 10 hours and all details outlined in my on the day coordination package
✓Creation of a style mood board - detailing all of the styling aspects required to execute your vision
✓ Main contact with your suppliers for any questions and to communicate detail from my couples
✓ Guest list management - sending out invitations, tracking RSVP and dietary requirements
✓ Wedding Budget - I will provide an itemised budget for all elements of your wedding day that have been allocated to me. I will also recommend suppliers based on your budget and provide tips to help you stay on track and focus on the elements that you value. I will provide calendar reminders for when the due dates of payments are to be made.
✓ Administration - setting up supplier lists, completing detailed paperwork for the venue and detail for quotations.
✓Includes travel time within an hour of Melbourne
✓ Additional hours can be added to this package at $100 per hour
ADDITIONS
Add more hours at $100 per hour - this may be for bump out if we have availability on your date
Travel and potential accomodation costs - if more than 1 hour out of Melbourne
Stationery design and print - Yes we can do this for you and bring it on the day
Pre wedding set up - can be added to the package. This is usually for DIY, Blank canvas events
Post wedding celebration - this is an addition to the package , needs to be quoted separately and also depend on our availability

I work with budgets $35,000 + for Full Service Planning. Budgets also depend on how many guests you would like to have on your wedding day and your choice of venue. One of the first planning tasks I will need to know will be the guest numbers and your budget to find a venue within your budget. You must understand your guest list, so have your A & B list completed so you know when getting in touch, your guest numbers
For budgets under $35 k, I recommend my Wedding Coordination Service.

A questionnaire consultation is sent through to you and this covers off a lot of the detail to get a clear understanding about your wedding day.
It also allows you the ability to upload images for inspiration and provide detail of what you value for your day.
I will outline the main information that needs to be completed on the questionnaire before I can get started
I also focus on monthly suppliers and send through quotes and details. I ask my couples to come back to me within 10-14 days with feedback so I can either look at more options or move onto next steps for that supplier.

Yes but subject to availability and needs to be quoted separately as the current price includes planning for your wedding day only.

Each couple has their own private portal which will have all of their proposals from suppliers saved. I will send all key information to you with an outline of costs. I can provide 2 quote options for key suppliers. Sometimes couples have their heart set on a particular supplier or venue so then it would be trying to work with them to accommodate to your budget as much as possible.
My preferred communication is email allowing the couple to have time to review and come back to me on the options sent through. I ask for feedback within 7-10 days of sending details through.
Calls - are booked in if it’s easier to go through via a phone call. Evenings work well for me as well.
Monthly meetings - can be scheduled to go through the detail sent through.
Supplier portals - I complete as much information as I know about your day and will ask you from time to time to update specific information. I will also schedule supplier meetings for you to get to know them and make sure they are the right fit for your day this can be via zoom or face to face depending on the timing.

I will send through contract and payment details including invoices to the clients to review and make payments.
All payment due dates will be placed in your calendar as a reminder.
Ultimately the couple needs to be happy with the contracts before signing as the agreement is with the supplier and the couple.

3. Then, a contract with a request for a deposit will be sent through. The contract will need to be signed.
4. A deposit of 20% needs to be paid to book your wedding date and to commence your service.
5. Then I will send through a questionnaire to understand more about your vision for your wedding day.
